So what's an Impactship?
An Impactship is a one-year scholarship to join Impact100 Whakatipu.
Women granted an Impactship enjoy full supporter benefits and are encouraged to participate in the programme as much as they are able.
This includes opportunities to:
-
Meet and learn from current supporters and past grant recipients
-
Attend all Impact100 events
-
Contribute insights, lived experience, and perspective
-
Vote on finalist charities during the final grant allocation
-
Be considered for involvement in committees such as Grants or Events
Impactships are about contribution, connection, and shared learning.
All About Impactships:
Why Impactships?
Impactships are designed to ensure diverse voices are represented within Impact100 Whakatipu during each annual grant cycle.
By inviting women from a wide range of backgrounds to take part, we strengthen our collective lens, learn from one another, and make more informed decisions about where our funding can have the greatest impact.
Impactships are about inclusion and about recognising that meaningful contribution takes many forms.
The Selection Process
Impactships are awarded as part of Impact100 Whakatipu’s commitment to inspiring inclusion and diversity among our supporters.
Selection decisions are based on:
-
Demonstrated commitment to community contribution
-
Willingness to engage and participate
-
Ability to attend some scheduled events during the year
All applications are reviewed with care and respect by the Impactship committee.
